Caledonia Pride are Scotland’s only female professional basketball team. We compete in the Women’s British Basketball League (WBBL), the top league in the uk.
In May 2016 the Women’s British Basketball League awarded the franchise to Basketball Scotland and was originally established to help better prepare the Scottish National Team for the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia.
The majority of our players come from the domestic game in Scotland, where we work in partnership with clubs and parents to provide the best development opportunities for our talent.
